THRIVE X. was born when a dance instructor and fitness enthusiast incorporated her two passions into one. That is me, Jacqueline Busichio & I am the face behind Thrive X.
Thrive X is a program designed for dancers to focus on their strength and technique as a whole. This program will not only better you physically but also mentally. I cannot wait to share with you ALL of the benefits TRX has to offer.

Muscular strength is essential for dancers. When you focus on your core it becomes the center of all movement. A strong core will support your jumps, lands, stability and lower the risk of possible injuries.
IMPROVE BALANCE & STABILITY.
Balance is essential for dancers. Learning your center aids in finding your balance. Finding that solid balance will support good posture and technique, learning how to ground through movement, seamless turns, stable leg lifts and so much more.
DEEPEN FLEXIBILITY.
Flexibility is essential for dancers. When you focus on improving your flexibility, you will experience more fluidity throughout your movement. Also, stretching loosens the muscles which in the end helps prevent possible injuries. Being mindful of a daily stretching routine will improve your splits, leaps, leg lifts, shoulder, back and hip flexibility, and will also help in lengthening the body and joints.
