LEVELS

THRIVE X NOVICE. (N) 

Recommended for beginner Thrive X training. You will learn the basics of the TRX strap as well as learning the correct terms and positionings needed for each movement required in the class. 


THRIVE X INTERMEDIATE. (I)

Recommended for athletes who have used the TRX strap previously. This class will quickly review the fundamentals of the TRX strap and then get right to the fitness choreography.


THRIVE X ELITE. (E)

Recommended for the experienced TRX (user). In this class you should have already learned how to adjust the TRX strap, be educated on the body positions needed to perform each exercise correctly and previous knowledge on TRX.
